Party Hire Terms and Conditions
- Your slot will be confirmed upon booking payment only.
- Leave the venue in a clean and tidy state.
- Complete each of the items listed in the ‘ post-party cleaning checklist’ to be completed on departure.
- Return the keys to the key safe upon locking up.
- Immediately report to Willetton playgroup (email or Facebook message) any loss of keys, any breakdown, loss (including theft) of, or damage to Playgroup property (including gardens) during or arising out of the party.
- Repair or replace or pay to the Playgroup the costs of repair or replacement of, any lost or damage to Playgroup property arising out of the party.
- Willetton Playgroup reserves the right to close the party at any time due to a breach of these Conditions of Hire.
- Playgroup does not accept liability for injury to or death of, or loss of or damage to any property of the Hirer or any attendee of the party or any third party.
- The Hirer indemnifies and holds harmless the Playgroup against such injury, death, loss or damage. All attendees of the party attend solely at their own risk and any warranty (including implied warranty) that the hire services will be provided by the Playgroup with reasonable care and skill is expressly excluded.
The Willetton Playgroup is an allergy aware place. There are a range of things children can be allergic to. As a parent of a child with an allergy it is your responsibility to monitor your child and ensure they do not eat something they shouldn’t. It is advised that when hiring our venue you try not to bring in nuts, however we know this isn’t always possible. It is important that you check all areas before leaving for food that may have fallen on the floor or be left in toys to ensure another child doesn’t consume something by accident that could potentially be life threatening.
